ORDERS: Orders may be placed by phone, email or post.

 

MINIMUM ORDER: £80.

  

CARRIAGE PAID: All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All non UK orders will have carriage added at standard postage/courier rates.

 

PAYMENT TERMS: I can currently only accept Pro forma for all orders. Items dispatched upon receipt of payment. 

 

DELIVERY: Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Please note that goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment of pro forma. If your order has been placed at a trade show or a busy time, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. If you need your order urgently please let me know upon ordering and I will try my best to accommodate. I will always confirm I have received an order and inform you of an estimated delivery time or any delays.

 

RETURNS: I take special care whilst making and packing your order, however if you find any defects upon opening or you are not happy with the products please notify me within 5 days and I can arrange a refund or a replacement.
